These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the conditions for accessing and using humebandofficial.site and the Hume Health mobile application (together, the "Services"), run in connection with Hume Health Corp ("we," "us," "our"). Placing an order, setting up an account, or otherwise using the Services means these Terms apply to you.

1. Who Can Use This Site

Ordering from humebandofficial.site or opening a Hume Health account requires being at least 18, or having reached the age of majority wherever you're located. Children aren't the intended audience for the Services, and we don't knowingly gather data from anyone under 13.

2. Placing An Order

Placing an order is your offer to buy a Hume Band (plus any add-ons, such as the extended warranty) at the price displayed. We can decline or cancel an order — say, in a case of suspected fraud, a pricing mistake, or a stock shortfall — with a full refund issued for anything already charged.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and can change without warning, though a change never applies retroactively to an order you've already placed.

4. Not A Medical Device

The Hume Band is built as a consumer wellness product, meant to help you track and make sense of general health and lifestyle trends. It isn't a medical device, and it isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Figures such as biological age, metabolic momentum, and chronic illness indicators are wellness estimates built from sensor data and proprietary algorithms — not a stand-in for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from an actual healthcare provider.

Check with a qualified healthcare provider before acting on medical decisions, and get immediate medical attention for any urgent concern no matter what the app happens to show.

5. Account Responsibility

Keeping your Hume Health login details safe, and answering for whatever happens under your account, is on you. If you suspect unauthorized access, flag it with us right away.

6. What's Off-Limits

You agree not to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Hume Band's hardware or software in ways that break applicable law, use the Services to infringe on any law or anyone's rights, or try to disrupt, overload, or break into our systems without authorization.

7. Ownership of the Brand and Content

"Hume Band," "Hume Health," and related logos belong to Hume Health Corp. The device's design, the app, and this site's content sit under copyright and related intellectual property protections, and can't be copied or reused without permission.

8. Warranty & Liability

Outside of the specific warranty spelled out in our Refund & Returns policy, the Services come as-is, without further warranty, to whatever extent the law allows. Hume Health Corp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to your use of the product or Services, to the fullest extent the law permits.

9. Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be revised occasionally, with any meaningful update reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Keep using the Services after a revision takes effect, and the updated version applies to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms fall under the consumer protection and commercial laws applicable where Hume Health Corp operates, regardless of conflict-of-law rules.
